He advises and supports major luxury brands and groups in their expansion strategies as well as institutional and private landlords on the acquisition, redevelopment, valuation and leasing of their prime commercial assets. A managing member of the Vendôme Committee since 2009, Franck boasts 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate sector.

Jonathan joined SCC Vendôme in 2012 to develop the High Street Retail activity. With 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate sector, he began his career working with landlords and advisors before joining SCC Vendôme. Jonathan advises institutional and private landlords in the redevelopment and leasing of their High Street commercial assets. He also works with numerous international brands on their expansion strategy and search for flagship locations in Paris.
